MAIN EVENTS
SPORTS DAY
One of the most popular events.
There are 3 categories
of competition: sports, cheering and decorations. During Sports Day,
students are passionately engaged in intense fighting spirit to help their
team win. Students from our affiliated Kindergarten also make a
special appearance.

STUDY TOUR ・ SCHOOL TRIP
During the 2nd year, students embark on a study
tour/ school trip. They can choose from six locations (three overseas and three domestic). Locations have included China,
Guam, Korea, New Zealand, Okinawa, Saipan, Shikoku, Singapore, and Yakushima.
SCHOOL FESTIVAL
During the fall, the entire TUINS High School
is burning with passion in a festival full of refreshment booths, stage
performances, student-organized events, and so on.
This is yet another one the most anticipated events at our school.

INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS
Students listen to lectures by leaders, professionals and
pioneers from the international community, which have included former
ambassadors, esteemed professors, NGO volunteers, and so on.
Some lectures are even done entirely in English!
CLASSICAL PERFORMANCES
To be a real “internationalized” person, one must first
know the culture of his or her own country. Performances like Kyogen
(comedic drama) and Kabuki give our students, a chance to experience
their own culture.

LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE
Student council members and class leaders think up and
participate in community volunteerism. Past activities have included Garbage
Clean-up Day, World AIDS Day Charity Drive, Pep Rallies, and so on.
CLUBS
Some clubs aim to win the state,
regional and/or national competitions. Some clubs just want to use the time
to make friends and good memories. We have clubs for students to express
themselves in their own way. Clubs are a big part of high school life, and
we have a lot to choose from!
